I love creating amazing experiences.
For 15 years that's been my work in K–12 education — for students, teachers, parents, and the people I build alongside. It's the lens behind every school, programme, and idea I've shaped.
I founded Radiant International School (RISSE) and took it from concept to a thriving institution, then handed it on to build again.
That "again" is SeedWorks — a school culture design studio based in Nashik, working across cultural diagnostics in schools and experiential learning programmes for K–12 students and schools.
The question behind all of it stays the same: is this an amazing experience for the people it's meant to serve? If it isn't, it's not done.

Founder & Director | 2011–2025
Founded and led a greenfield K–12 school project - growing it from a small preschool into a premium CBSE campus. Built RISSE as an experiential, values-driven learning ecosystem focused on culture, community trust, team leadership, sports, and long-term sustainability. Led the institution end-to-end from concept to breakeven and operational maturity.

2011 – 2025
Led the end-to-end creation and growth of a greenfield K–12 school—from a preschool startup to a premium CBSE campus. Responsible for institutional vision, academic direction, infrastructure planning, team building, parent engagement, governance, and financial sustainability. Built RISSE as a values-driven, experiential learning ecosystem and led the institution from concept to breakeven and operational maturity.

Led service, financial, and stakeholder resolution for partner schools across multiple states. Worked closely with school leadership teams to resolve operational and relationship challenges, strengthening long-term institutional partnerships.

Oversaw academic implementation and teacher training across 100+ partner schools. Led a regional team supporting classroom integration, leadership engagement, and academic effectiveness.
